At Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not in love with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring it is padded to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item to ensure the seal is intact, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
